Shipping Policy - Eva The Label

Eva The Label ships worldwide, offering free shipping. Below are the details of our shipping policy.
1. Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after order confirmation, regardless of the shipping option selected.
- Shipments are made Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Example: If you place your order on a Monday, it will ship on Tuesday or Wednesday.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by region, and delays may occur due to carrier issues:
- Spain (Peninsula & Baleares): 2-3 business days.
- European Union: 4-10 business days.
- United States & United Kingdom: 7-10 business days.
- Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Norway, & Switzerland: 1-3 weeks
Note: Once handed over to the carrier, Eva The Label cannot expedite shipping or be held responsible for carrier delays.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order total:
- Spain: Free on orders over 55€.
- European Union: Free on orders over 55€.
- Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Norway & Switzerland: Free on orders over 55€.
Note: Tracking details will be emailed once your order ships.
4. International Taxes and Customs
- International customers are responsible for any taxes, duties, or additional charges imposed by local customs authorities.
- These fees are not collected by Eva The Label and are non-refundable.
5. Address Changes or Errors
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct shipping address when placing an order.
- Before Shipping: Contact us immediately at hello@evathelabel.com if you need to update your address. We’ll do our best to assist, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order is processed.
- After Shipping: If the package has already shipped, we must wait for it to be returned to our facility. Once received, we can either resend it to the correct address or issue a refund.
6. Customer Responsibility for Receiving Shipments
- If a package cannot be delivered due to the recipient’s absence, it will be held at a designated pickup point.
- Please monitor tracking information to ensure timely collection.
- Unclaimed packages will be automatically returned to Eva The Label. Refunds will be issued once the package is returned to us.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@evathelabel.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue.
