This returns and exchanges policy applies to all purchases made through our website: evathelabel.es. Please read the details below to ensure a smooth process.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, returns will be accepted within 30 days of receiving your purchase.
Note: For hygiene reasons, returns or refunds will not be accepted for earrings.

Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition in which you received them.
Important Information
- Shipping Costs: We do not provide return shipping labels. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Packaging: Ensure products are adequately packed to prevent damage during transport.
- Damaged Items: Items damaged due to improper packaging will not be refunded or exchanged.
- Refund Timeframe: Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned items. This may take up to 7 business days after receiving the products.
Defective Products or Order Errors
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@evathelabel.com with the subject line including your "Order Number" followed by "Repair" and specify the issue to be resolved.
In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and process a replacement or full refund according to your preference.
